Runable: an AI agent for sites and slides, and what its free plan really gives
Runable is an AI general agent for websites, slides and video. It has a Free plan, but its docs say Free is limited chat only. Paid Pro is listed at about ₹1,940 per month ($20), before any taxes or fees.

What it is
Runable is an AI "general agent": you type a request and it works on it in one chat. Its pricing page lists websites and app building, slides, image and video creation, documents and research, and a choice of AI models.
Is it free
There is a Free plan, but what it gives you is not clear, so treat it as an unverified starting option, not a promise of free access to every advertised tool. We did not establish a time-limited trial. Runable's own pages disagree. Its docs FAQ says: "The Free plan gives you limited access to multi-model chat. To use image generation, video, websites, and other features, you need a paid plan." The FAQ is a source claim, not our confirmation of current account entitlements. Its current pricing page shows a Free plan at $0 a month with "1,500 credits daily", and lists features such as websites, slides and image and video creation under the plans, A visual check of the current monthly pricing cards shows dash marks beside websites/app building, slides/carousels, image/video, documents/research and Max performance on Free, compared with checks on Pro. That helps explain the restriction, but we did not test what a Free account can do. We could not confirm that Free can build websites, slides or video, so do not count on it.
The pricing page lists Pro at $20 a month (about ₹1,940, using a rounded ₹97 per dollar based on Mataf checked 12 October 2026), or about ₹1,455 per month equivalent ($15) billed as $180 for a year, about ₹17,460 upfront, with 25,000 credits a month. Max is $100 a month (about ₹9,680). The docs FAQ still mentions a paid plan "starting at $25/month" and older plan names, so the docs look out of date. These INR values are estimates, not verified India checkout prices. Taxes, bank conversion and selected billing period can change the actual charge. The docs say credits reset by billing cycle, while current pricing advertises daily and monthly allowances; we did not verify how those balances interact.
Is it available in India
The public pricing, FAQ and legal pages loaded. That does not prove Indian account access, all features or checkout support. We did not create an account or test payment in India.
How to try it
- Read the privacy and terms pages first. Terms require age 18 or legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If acceptable, use the Free route and check the actual account limits before adding payment or connecting accounts.
- Start with a plain, non-sensitive chat question. Inspect the displayed balance and feature availability before attempting credit-heavy image/video or website work.
- Before upgrading, inspect Settings/Billing, exact monthly or annual price, credits, renewal and cancellation terms. Review generated facts, files and website behaviour before publishing. These are source-based suggestions, not our own product test.
Limits and privacy to know
- The docs say AI operations consume credits and unused billing-cycle credits do not roll over. Current pricing also lists daily credits, so confirm the current rules in your account. Terms say fees are non-refundable unless law requires otherwise; the FAQ describes cancellation by downgrading to Free at the end of the billing cycle. We did not test this route.
- Video, higher resolution and audio cost more credits, per its docs.
- Runable's terms say you keep ownership of what you submit and give it a licence to use it for providing and improving the services, generating your outputs, and platform safety. Its privacy policy says your data may be sent to its AI and infrastructure providers, and says those providers are barred from training on Google user data. We did not find a plain statement on training with your other content.
- Do not assume account or chat deletion erases every record immediately. The privacy policy permits retention for legal, accounting, compliance and dispute purposes. Disconnecting an integration stops future use but does not automatically delete stored messages, transcripts or attachments; deletion requests go to support@runable.com. The policy identifies hosting in Oregon, United States, with possible international transfers.
- AiCoN advice: do not upload private documents or customer data while evaluating it. Connected chat context and attachments may be processed and stored. Review requested permissions before connecting email, Drive, meetings or advertising accounts. The Google-data no-training rule is scoped, not a blanket promise for all uploads.
- We did not create an account, run a task, upload content, connect any service, purchase credits, export, publish or test cancellation/deletion.
Frequently asked questions
Is Runable free?
It has a Free plan, but Runable's docs say Free is limited chat only and that websites, slides, reports, images and video need a paid plan. Its pricing page is less clear. Paid Pro is listed at $20 a month (about ₹1,940).
Is Free definitely chat-only today?
That is what the FAQ says, but current pricing uses different plan names and prices. Its Free card uses dash marks for the main creation tools, while Pro has checks. We cannot confirm current Free entitlements without an account test. Do not present either source as a tested result.
Is the annual price charged monthly?
No. The pricing page shows $15/month as an annual equivalent, with $180 billed yearly. Monthly Pro is $20/month. Confirm the selected billing period before paying.
What changed since this post?
Sources checked on 12 October 2026. We retained the conflict between current pricing and older docs rather than turning the docs restriction into a current product fact. We removed the unsupported time-limited-trial wording, made annual payment explicit and added privacy, integration and retention cautions. Free features and India checkout remain untested.
