NORKA ID cards for Pravasi Keralites: Pravasi, Student, NRK and Returnee cards online
NORKA Roots runs an ID card portal for Keralites who live or study abroad, live in other Indian states, or have come back to Kerala. On 31 October 2026 we read the portal home page at id.norkaroots.kerala.gov.in. We did not create an account, apply or pay.
Which card is for whom
- Pravasi ID Card: Keralites residing or working abroad.

- NRK ID Card: NRKs residing in other Indian states.
- NORKA Returnee ID Card: Pravasi Keralites who lived abroad, or in other Indian states, for at least two years and have returned to settle in Kerala. There is one version for each case.
