Public registration page opened; no registration, scheme form, upload or payment tested. Emblem-bearing historical menu screenshot removed; emblem-free instructions retained. How to apply: step by step

- Choose Apply For Scholarship and pick the CA/CMA/CS scholarship (read the notification PDF on the portal for the exact scheme name and conditions).
- Fill personal, bank account and institution details, then upload your photo, signature, SSLC certificate, income certificate, bank passbook, Foundation or Intermediate pass certificate, fee details and registration details in the prescribed format and file size.
- Verify all details before final submission - the portal warns that editing may not be permitted afterwards. Submit before 25 November 2026.
- Print the application and send the completed printed set with documents directly to the Directorate of Minority Welfare, 4th Floor, Vikas Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram 695033, by hand or post, to reach by 30 November 2026. Do not substitute a generic institution handoff for this notice's Directorate requirement. Track status under Submitted Applications.

Public Student Registration and Student Login links were present on 24 October. The public registration page opened, but no registration was made and no scheme form, upload or submission inside an account was tested. Video guides
We searched YouTube on 19 October 2026 for a step-by-step application video for the 2026-27 CA/CMA/CS scholarship on this portal in English and in Malayalam. We could not verify one that matches this scheme and the current portal, so we are not linking any rather than risk outdated or unrelated instructions.
