HIX AI workspace and slides: exports, credits and checks
HIX AI describes an agent workspace for research, writing, images, video, data analysis and slides. Its presentation page says users can generate, improve or convert slides and export to PowerPoint. Those are vendor feature claims, not proof that every free account can generate and export any deck without limits.

One workspace, different features
The current pricing comparison lists agent workflows, research, writing, slides, images, video and data analysis. Feature access differs between plans.
This guide combines the archive's two HIX posts, including advanced presentation generation. Separate HIX products, such as a browser extension, can have different plans. Do not use an extension's free word allowance as proof of slide access.
What the slides page claims
The official page describes starting from a topic, document, URL or images. It offers generating a deck, improving an uploaded presentation and converting existing files to structured slides.
It says text and visuals stay editable and can be exported to PowerPoint with layout preserved. We did not generate or download a deck. Exact free-plan export access, file formats and fidelity remain untested.
Research and image claims
HIX says its slide workflow researches topics, builds a storyline and keeps uploaded brand fonts and colours consistent. The page names GPT Image 2 and Nano Banana Pro.
A model name does not establish that it is used on every plan or every step. AI research still needs citation checks. AI charts and pictures can communicate a false result convincingly.
Free credits and current listed prices
On 24 October, the rendered public pricing page shows Free at ₹0/month with 20 credits; its refresh period remains unverified. The annual-billing display shows Pro at ₹631/month (₹7,572 per year), with 1,500 credits/month, and Max at ₹946/month (₹11,352 per year), with 2,500 credits/month. These are the displayed offers, not a checked account-specific checkout total; taxes, renewal price and offer conditions need checking before paying. The older dashes/zero paid fields were incomplete rendering, not free paid plans.
The pricing FAQ gives estimates of about three 10-slide presentations for 1,500 credits or five for 2,500, and says actual consumption varies with settings. These are not guaranteed deck counts, nor proof that the Free plan includes an export. No deck was generated or downloaded here.
The terms say subscriptions renew until cancelled; a trial with billing details can charge on expiry. The refund policy generally requires a request within three days of initial purchase and no more than 300 credits used, with deductions for used credits, taxes and processing fees. Extra credit packages are non-refundable. Cancelling renewal does not itself request or guarantee a refund.
No INR checkout total, paid subscription, free download allowance or refund approval was verified. A page titled Free AI Presentation Maker is not a promise of unlimited free production.
A safe first presentation
- Use a short topic and public source material.
- Specify audience, purpose and a small slide count.
- Ask for a plain outline before detailed slides.
- Check the facts and cited sources.
- Verify any numbers behind a generated chart.
- Inspect text size, spacing, images and missing content.
- Check credit use and export access before expanding the deck.
- Open the exported file in your intended presentation software.
- Review every slide before sharing.
Editable does not guarantee perfect export
Check whether text remains text, charts remain editable and fonts render correctly on another computer. Some generated visuals can still be flattened images.
A marketing statement about preserved layouts is not a measured PowerPoint compatibility test. Keep a copy of your original source file and do not overwrite it with an unreviewed conversion.
India and Malayalam
HIX's About page describes writing and translation in more than 100 languages. This guide did not test Malayalam slides, fonts, layout or an Indian account.
For Kerala work, test a short sample with names and mixed-language text. Check the downloaded deck, not only the browser preview.
Privacy before uploading
The privacy policy says account data can remain for up to a year after deletion, and user-generated content such as slides/documents remains while the account is active, followed by a recovery grace period such as 90 days after closure, subject to legal exceptions. It describes anonymized usage analysis for model/platform improvement and advertising/analytics sharing with opt-out choices. Its no-generalized-training restriction specifically covers Google Workspace API data; do not extend that into a blanket no-training guarantee for every uploaded document.
Connectors can carry write permissions for mail, calendars and files, depending on the granted scope. A slide-only task does not need unrestricted account connections. Use public or approved material and review the actual permissions and deletion route before uploading client records. No files or personal information were uploaded here.
Other work in the workspace
Research, writing and data analysis can support a deck. Do not treat their output as independently verified simply because different agents helped produce it.
Check spreadsheet formulas, citations and final text yourself. Generating SEO text does not guarantee a search ranking or that a claim is correct.
What changed since the original posts?
We consolidate the workspace and advanced-PPT posts into one topic, distinguish vendor export claims from tested output and replace earlier incomplete paid-price rendering with current displayed INR annual offers, while separating estimated credit use from verified export access. The scoped recheck adds policy retention, connector permissions, renewal and limited-refund terms.
