What does Diploria measure?
Diploria runs prompts through AI services and stores responses to track mentions, sentiment, citations and changes. It can help a brand see how it appears in sampled answers. It does not control those engines or guarantee recommendations.
The current site names 12 engines, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Llama, Qwen, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Available modes depend on the engine and plan.
Two different free routes
The no-account checker asks for a brand, domain and up to three customer questions. It runs a Live snapshot across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok. The site says the result is shown and emailed. No card is needed, but it is not anonymous or ongoing monitoring.
The separate Free plan has 50 credits monthly, one brand and one market. It covers ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini in Memory mode, with monthly and manual polling. Memory answers do not search live sources or provide the same evidence as Live answers. Paid plans unlock all 12 engines, with Live coverage where available.
Current price and billing
The live pricing page checked here had USD selected. Starter is $29 monthly, about ₹2,797 at the approximate ₹96.43-per-dollar reference used in this archive. Its annual option is charged upfront at $278, about ₹26,807, shown as roughly $23 monthly equivalent, about ₹2,218. An annual equivalent is not a month-to-month bill.
Starter includes 1,500 monthly credits. Credits reset each month even under annual billing. A prompt on one engine in one market is one query; Live and some fixed-cost engines use more than one credit. Use the site's calculator for your sample, markets and schedule. Taxes and conversion can change the final INR cost.
How to check a Kerala or Indian brand
- Choose customer questions that reflect your real service and location.
- Use the official checker for a first snapshot and review its data requests.
- Read full answers and sources, not only the overall score.
- Separate Live and Memory results when comparing them.
- For monitoring, keep prompts, markets and timing comparable across runs.
- Fix inaccurate public information and useful content before paying for a larger sample.
Privacy and limits
The policy says Reef Digital operates the service, stores brand prompts and results and uses North American hosting through Replit and Neon. Configured prompts and relevant brand or page context go to AI and search providers. Its no-training statement is not a no-storage promise.
Google Analytics integration is optional. The policy says limited aggregated GA4 figures can go to OpenAI for written insights. Disconnecting and verified deletion have their own processes; recovery backups can take up to 90 days to expire, with legal or security exceptions. Review these terms before sharing internal strategy or connecting company analytics.
What changed since the original AiCoN post?
