What it is

Adobe Express is a design app for social posts, videos, flyers, invitations and QR codes, with templates and Adobe Firefly AI features. Airtel is offering 12 months of its Premium plan to its customers. Airtel's page says Premium adds 250 monthly generative AI credits, unlimited premium templates, Adobe Stock assets, the full Adobe Fonts library, video background removal and one-click resizing.

Is it free

Yes, the promotional subscription is free for eligible active Airtel customers, but your Airtel service and internet use can still cost money. Airtel's page says Adobe Express Premium, "worth ₹4000", is free for 12 months for all active Airtel users, including prepaid, postpaid, Wi-Fi and DTH. Adobe's India pricing page says the offer runs for redemption from 28 January 2026 to 27 January 2027, while Adobe's dedicated offer FAQ, updated 15 October 2026, states activation from 29 January 2026 until 28 January 2027. The two official pages differ by a day, so treat 27 January 2027 as the safe activation deadline. Your free year runs for 12 months from the day you activate it. The deadline is the activation limit, not the end date for every subscriber. Adobe's offer FAQ confirms that no credit card or other payment information is required to claim this offer, and that after the free year you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan. Adobe's pricing page has a general warning that ordinary free trials begin billing and subscriptions renew until cancelled; that is not proof of the Airtel promotion's renewal rule. Read the actual activation terms and check the displayed price, end date and cancellation route before confirming. Do not accidentally take a standard paid trial instead. Airtel's page says that if you lose Premium you keep your projects but some premium features and assets may become unavailable, and you can keep using the free version of Adobe Express.

Is it available in India

Yes, the public offer is for Airtel India users, including active prepaid, postpaid, Wi-Fi/broadband and DTH customers. Both official pages describe it. We did not verify eligibility in an individual Airtel account. Do not buy or change a telecom plan solely on this article; first check that your own benefits page shows the offer.

How to claim it

  1. Open the Airtel Thanks app and log in with your Airtel number.
  2. Open benefits, "Claim OTTs and more", Rewards or the "Discover Adobe Express Premium Offer" banner. Check the details shown for your account.
  3. Choose the Adobe account you want to keep using, sign in or create one, and follow the offer activation steps. Check that it is the complimentary 12-month offer and review any payment, renewal and cancellation terms before confirming.
  4. Install the Adobe Express app on Android or iOS, or use it in a desktop browser.

Frequently asked questions

Is Adobe Express Premium free with Airtel?

Yes, for 12 months from activation, for active Airtel users. You must activate it by 27 January 2027, per Adobe's India page.

What if I already pay for Express Premium?

Airtel's FAQ says existing Premium customers are eligible and the complimentary subscription is added alongside the existing one. It does not explain how your existing bill changes. Do not assume your paid plan stops or is refunded; verify the account and billing details before redemption.

Is Premium the full Creative Cloud suite?

No. It is Adobe Express Premium. It does not give you standalone Photoshop or Illustrator subscriptions. Premium assets have licence limits, and commercial-ready AI is not a guarantee that every output or use is legally risk-free. Check asset and feature terms before sharing client work.

Are 250 credits 250 finished designs?

No. They are a monthly allowance for generative features, not a fixed count of finished designs. Consumption depends on the feature. Airtel says you can wait for the monthly reset or buy more after the allowance runs out. We did not test usage or rollover.

What changed since this post?

Sources checked on 11 October 2026. We confirmed the activation deadline and 12-month duration, added the existing-subscriber caution, distinguished the promotion from a standard paid trial, and replaced the unknown AI-training statement with Adobe's current official position. The account claim and post-year billing remain untested.

Scoped recheck 23 October 2026: Airtel offer page re-read (Rs 4000 value, 12 months, 250 monthly generative credits, prepaid/postpaid/Wi-Fi/DTH eligibility, Airtel Thanks app claim route, monthly credit reset - all unchanged). Two corrections from Adobe's official pages: the dedicated Airtel-offer FAQ (updated 15 October 2026) gives the activation window as 29 January 2026 to 28 January 2027, one day later on both ends than the pricing page the article cited, and it confirms no payment information is required and no charge after the free year unless a paid plan is chosen. The deadline wording was updated to flag the one-day discrepancy; 27 January 2027 remains the safe date to claim by. Links checked.
